We all deal with a lot of challenges in life. Unfortunately, nothing but the school of hard knocks prepares us for how to deal with them.

Sure, we learn math, reading and computers, but do we learn how to be powerful in the face of change, ambiguity, or difficulty? Unfortunately, when that happens we’re usually trying to just figure it out…which isn’t a particularly effective strategy, if you’ve noticed!

So what’s the answer? I think resilience is. More and more in my practice I’m seeing how essential resilience is for people. What’s better; it’s is a skill that can be developed and mastered, no matter WHAT you’re dealing with.

That’s why renowned therapist and author Doug Foresta put together this interview on BlogTalk Radio where we delve deeply into that topic, and we share ways that you can tap into the power of resilience to help you accomplish what’s most important to you.

In a moment I’ll send you over to the interview, but before I do, I have a request of you. Bring to mind the people in your life that are going through challenges right now. (Hint: some people are going through challenges but are keeping that under wraps.) I’m asking that you reach out to them and share this interview, so that it can uplift and empower them with all they’re going through.

After you listen to the interview I’d love to hear from you in the comments box below! What are you taking away, and how are you going to use what you’ve learned to bounce back now? What, specifically has been stopping you that you’re now going to triumph over in a new way?

Here’s to your ability to flourish in any and all circumstances!
